1. fast drying speed. After centrifugal spray, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. In the high temperature air stream, 95% to 98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only needs a few seconds.
2. the use of parallel flow type spray drying can make the droplet flow in the same direction with the hot air, although the temperature of the hot air is higher, but because the hot air enters the drying room immediately contact with the spray droplet, the indoor temperature drops sharply, and the wet bulb temperature of the material is basically unchanged, so it is also suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
