Spray Dryer Main features:

The drying speed is rapid. After centrifugal spraying, the surface area of the liquid is greatly increased, and 95-98% of the water can be evaporated in a moment in the high temperature air flow, and the drying time needs more than ten seconds.
Parallel flow spray drying is adopted. During the drying process, the temperature of the droplets is not high, and the product quality is good. In the spray drying chamber, the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the hot air is high, because the hot air enters the drying room and immediately contacts with the spray droplets, the indoor temperature drops sharply, which does not cause excessive heating of dry materials. It is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. The temperature of discharged products depends on the exhaust temperature and is lower than the exhaust temperature.
