Tablet Press Machine Description
This machine is an automatic rotary continuous tablet press, which compresses granular raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the chemical, food and electronics industries. The outer shell is a fully enclosed form, the material is stainless steel, and the inner table is stainless steel. The surface of the turntable is specially treated to keep the surface gloss, prevent cross contamination, and meet GMP requirements. The doors and windows are made of transparent glass, which can clearly observe the pressing state, and can be fully opened, which is convenient for internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The frequency conversion speed control device is used for electrical speed control, which is convenient to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the machine parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop.
